Shropshire Council
LDA Design were appointed by Shropshire Council to produce a draft Development Framework setting out the vision, design principles and proposals to realise the potential of Smithfield Riverside. As owners of much of the site, Shropshire Council is leading the work, ensuring it aligns to the Shrewsbury Big Town Plan and working closely with Shrewsbury Business Improvement District (BID) and Shrewsbury Town Council, with liaison through the Shrewsbury Big Town Plan Partnership. This survey is anonymous and we should not be able to identify you from your responses. The information you have provided will be used for statistical purposes and to inform decision making. We will only publish anonymised responses, parts of responses, or a summarized version of responses and will ensure individual survey respondents cannot be identified. Your response will be shared with Shropshire Council and stored and kept in line with Shropshire Council’s Retention Schedule. Your ideas and feedback will be shared with the project partners. The data will also be made available to support the work of other Shropshire Council services in responding to the issues identified within the plan. Shrewsbury Big Town Plan
The Shrewsbury Big Town Plan is a partnership between Shrewsbury BID, Shrewsbury Town Council and Shropshire Council. Shrewsbury Business Improvement District Limited (Shrewsbury BID) is a not-for-profit company which has been established by the business community to project manage improvements and services in Shrewsbury Town Centre. The BID carries out a range of activities, including sending out communications to and for the benefit of businesses and their employees, shares information and opportunities.
